What We Do
We build Mission Workbench, the AI-native common operating picture, and we run it for you against your live data.
The Approach
AI in the picture, not on the side
Most teams use AI the way they use a search engine: open a separate window, type a question, copy the answer back. Mission Workbench takes the opposite approach. Claude runs inside the operational picture, connected directly to the live systems your team already depends on.
The connection is a thin, secure layer between your data and the model. No embedded business logic, no abstraction that limits what the model can do. The intelligence stays in the frontier model, which means every deployment gets better automatically as the models improve. Your investment compounds instead of depreciating.
Surface 01
Map
The center of the workspace is a live operational picture on a clean 2D dark map. Tracks scope to the selected mission, so operators see what is relevant and nothing more. Unclaimed contacts stay visible as background traffic, so nothing disappears.
The feed is general, not tied to any one system. Today the map takes a live TAK feed, but TAK is one instance of the pattern. Any geospatial source the map can read shows up the same way.
Surface 02
Mission AI
Mission AI is a set of one-click agents. Each one runs against your live data and produces a downloadable mission product in seconds. The buttons are the surface; the real product is a configurable agent profile, so the roster maps to the actions your team repeats every day.
SITREP
A current situation report synthesized from the live picture: who is where, what changed, what needs attention.
Shift-Change Brief
Everything the incoming shift needs to take the watch, written from the data instead of from memory.
Leadership Update
A concise, decision-ready summary pitched for command, not for the operator in the seat.
Plan Alignment
How the current picture compares to the plan, and where reality has drifted from intent.
Personnel & Equipment Readiness
A readiness roll-up across people and assets, flagging gaps before they become problems.
Rest Analysis
Time-on-task across the force, ranked, with anyone approaching work-rest limits flagged.
These six are examples. Mission AI agents are fully configurable profiles, so your deployment runs the products your mission actually needs.
Surface 03
Chat
For everything outside the fixed agents, Chat is open-ended conversation over the same connected data. The model's reasoning streams back as it works, so operators can see how an answer was reached, not just what it was.
Your Data
Connected to the systems you already run
You own your systems and data. Mission Workbench connects to them, reasons over them, and presents the result where the operator works. The app reads sources directly for what it draws on screen, and the agents reach the same systems through a managed connector layer.
TAK
A live TAK feed drives the map. If you already run TAK, the connector sits alongside your deployment. No migration, no rebuild.
System of Record
Your operational database, read through a secure, read-only connector so agents can reason over the same records your team trusts.
SharePoint & M365
Documents and records in Microsoft 365, reached through the official connector so the model can work from your written knowledge.
Sensors & more
Any source with an accessible data layer can be added. We use off-the-shelf connectors where they exist and build our own where they do not.
How It Ships
Two modes, fully managed
Mission Workbench runs in two optional modes. Buy one or both.
Production
Connected to your live data, with the training simulation stripped out. This is the operational deployment your team works every day.
Sandbox
A training environment that ships with simulators, so teams can run realistic scenarios and get reps without touching live systems.
Managed operations, included
Deploying a capability is the beginning, not the end. Every Mission Workbench deployment includes managed operations: monitoring, connector maintenance, configuration updates as your environment changes, and the assurance that the picture keeps delivering accurate, timely answers. Your team uses the product. We keep it running.
How We Engage
Commercial software, not hours
We sell a product, not labor. We never quote headcount and never bill by the hour. Engagement has three parts.
Integration
A one-time fee to stand Mission Workbench up against your systems and data, so it is running in your environment from day one.
Annual subscription
A yearly platform subscription that includes managed operations. The product stays current and stays healthy for as long as you run it.
Customization sprints
Scoped sprints for new agents, new connectors, or new capability, priced as work, delivered as product. You get the output without adopting the toolchain.
