The confirmation gives the block’s end date and how to activate it. Government customers order through their contracting office, under the contract that covers their TAK Managed Service: use Request an Invoice and include the purchase order number. Government orders are invoiced in full when Bravo Forward confirms the block, unless the order sets other payment terms. Card checkout is for commercial buyers. Orders are subject to the .

How it works

After hours
Any time outside the covered hours in your Service Order or statement of work, including federal holidays.
What a block adds
A committed response outside covered hours. Without a block, after-hours requests are handled best effort under your managed service. With one, the work happens when you choose: planned work at the time you set, and emergent calls acknowledged within one hour. Hours apply to managed-service tasks (server operations, users and groups, mission packages, federation, and user support) and to standby through a planned event.
Never charged
Restoring your managed TAK service after an outage is part of the managed service and never draws on a block. Neither does work Bravo Forward chooses to continue past covered hours.
Scheduled requests
Submit through your service intake channel at least five calendar days ahead. Bravo Forward confirms the time window in writing.
Emergent requests
Call the emergency activation number Bravo Forward gives you when it confirms the block. Bravo Forward acknowledges within one hour, confirms when work will start, and logs the request in your service intake channel. If Bravo Forward can’t staff the request, you hear so within that hour and no hours are drawn.
Weekly limit
Up to 8 hours of block work in any calendar week, across all blocks on one managed service. More by request, subject to staff availability: Bravo Forward confirms in writing before work beyond 8 hours starts.
Usage
Hours are drawn only when a contact named in your Service Plan (or, until it is approved, in your order) asks for after-hours work. Time counts from when work starts, in half-hour increments, with a minimum of one hour per scheduled request and two hours per emergent request, or the remaining balance if less. Standby counts the same as work. Emergent hours can also be used for scheduled work.
Balance
Hours used and remaining appear in your Monthly Service Report, and Bravo Forward tells you when a block falls below five hours. If a request needs more hours than remain, Bravo Forward says so before starting. Work beyond the balance, and after-hours work without an active block, is handled best effort. There are no overage charges.
Term
A block ends 12 months after it is confirmed, when 20 hours of work have been used, or when your managed service ends, whichever comes first. Bravo Forward sends a reminder 60 days before the end. The price pays for the readiness commitment, so capacity left unused at the end does not carry over and is not refunded because hours go unused.
Location and scope
All work is performed remotely, on the managed-service tasks above. On-site support, training, development, new integrations, and extended engagements are quoted separately.

Invoice and purchase order
